Conflict Resolution Style Online Quiz

Conflict is inevitable—which isn’t necessarily a bad thing. Without conflict, there would be no diversity of thought, no pushing the boundaries, no intellectual debates. However, it’s important to achieve optimal results for all parties involved. As with many interpersonal skills the first step to conflict resolution is self-awareness:

• How do you approach conflict? Do you face it head on? Or, avoid it at all costs?

• How do you go about resolving conflict? Do you justify your position? Strive for a compromise?

We’ve broken down the Conflict Management Styles into 5 major categories:
